Sorry!
I know, I've been a horrible blogger this week, but I went home to Nashville to see family and now I am painfully broke! I did get my new Cricut cartridge while I was gone and our first wedding gift!

Homemade Products
Some homemade things I wanna try...
Why? Because I'm allergic to deodorant. Most deodorant has aluminum in it, which is what I'm allergic to. And it can't possible be good for your body!
What you need:
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup corn starch or arrowroot powder
1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
Why? Because laundry soap is expensive!
What you need:
1/3 bar of Fels-Naptha or 1 bar of Ivory soap, grated
½ cup washing soda (found in the laundry aisle in most stores - Arm & Hammer makes it)
½ cup borax powder (also in the laundry aisle - look for "20 Mule Team" brand)
~You will also need a small bucket, about 2 gallon size~
Bird Silhouette Art + My Bedroom
I don't have pictures of the steps before this, but I bought picture frames and painted them all black and then cut scrapbook paper to fit each frame (step 1)
Step 2. Then find your image you're going to use for your silhouette. I found googling whatever image you want + color(ing) helps. Coloring sheets have clean simple lines to cut. Also, I recommend printing on cardstock.
Step 3. Cut the little friend out.
Step 4. Paint with black paint.
*bark* *whine* *bark* *whine*
He did this the ENTIRE time!
Step 5. Assemble in frame (I didn't glue or anything, because I like the ability to change out the paper)
Step 6. And finish! (I already had the others done for awhile now)
Yeah...I know bird silhouettes are old news, but I still love them!
Here's an old project I did. They flock each side of the bed and work as night lights.
Recycled Wall Art
I need to put myself on a one-feature-blog-a-day limit.
...but we're not starting that today!
Look at this...
Beautiful right?
You'll never guess what it is...
TOILET/PAPER TOWEL ROLLS!
Amazing! ...and practically free
I can't wait to make this.

Spring Cleaning!
The gals at Sister's Stuff have been "Cleaning Out" all week and it inspired to do my embarrassment of a pantry. So here it is...in all its shambles
I found this neat container that is going to be used for something...
...and this is what happens when you don't know what's in your cabinet
and this
...and this is what happens with a bag of onions sits in there for God knows how long
...MUCH better!
